FYSIOSPOT - VEERA HALLMAN
I am a physiotherapist, masseur and sports PhysioPilates instructor - as well as a climber. I also use acupuncture in my treatments. When booking, please fill out in the form under "other information" if you'd like to come for acupuncture, massage or physiotherapy.
The treatment is always personal and is based on your needs; if you like, it can be a mere massage or a proper physio exercize. Acupuncture is an effective addition to the treatment of tendonitis, muscle fibers and pain, and it also activates the body's own defense mechanisms. I recommend to try it.
Time can be reserved for body care or rehabilitation of injuries / overusages that have already occurred. Many of the overuse problems can be corrected by changing the wrong motion patterns without having to keep a long break from climbing. The aim is to find the body balance so that it works optimally. The facilities of Fysiospot are located in BK Pasila.

FORKKUPAJA - JOONAS VAARALA
Even the toughest climbing training will go to waste without proper maintenance of the muscles. Massage is an important part of muscle maintenance and it has preventative effects on trauma and regular massage is also known to speed up healing from past injuries. Massage eases recovery and removes muscle tensions.
On your first session, we will take a close look at the problem areas and try to get to the source of the problems. This way we get to direct the treatment most efficiently. You’ll also get guidance to help prevent future problems and to take better care of your body.
Joonas is a trained masseuse / sports masseur and has graduated from Suomen Urheiluhierojaopisto. He has also five years of climbing experience. Forkkupaja's massage facilites are situated in BK Pasila.
